How to Use Investor Reports

The most important thing for any institution to do on PlacementTracker is to purchase and review its own Investor Report. This report displays your firm's specific investment parameters and every transaction it has participated in since 1995. It is made available to public companies, institutional investors, placement agents and other PlacementTracker members. When reviewing the report, you can ensure that each of the transactions listed are accurate and that all of the transactions that your firm has invested in are included in the report.

Investor reports are also useful in that they provide profiles and investment history of your competition and describe how your firm stacks up against that competition. Additionally, our investor reports display what specific investments your competition has made since 1995. See the latest structures being used by these funds. See what types and sizes of companies they are financing. Research their transaction history to see how well their investments have performed.
