Use Transaction Reports to see how companies you've invested in have used private placement financing. For each company in which you have a short or long term position, you should search our database to see if the company has completed a private placement. Simply go to the Transaction Search section, and search each of your companies by symbol or by name. If your search produces results, click the link to see the transaction you are interested in. Accessing the online Transaction Report will give you information on the pricing, material terms, and names of investors in the private placement. There is no other resource available which gives you this information in a single, easy to read summary. You can then use the Investor Reports and other PlacementTracker educational resources to see the benefits and potential effects of the private placement on the company's stock price.
