SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 20, 2004--PCS Research Technology Inc. (OTCBB:PCSR - News), a publisher of independent research for the institutional investment community, today announced it will immediately begin doing business as Sagient Research Systems.
A formal name change will be submitted for shareholder approval at the company's annual shareholder meeting anticipated to be held during the second quarter of 2004, and a stock symbol change will follow that approval. The company has already been approved in California to begin doing business as Sagient Research Systems.
In connection with the name change, the company has changed its corporate Web site to www.sagientresearch.com. The company's independent institutional research services can be now accessed through the new Web site. The new Web site also includes enhanced investor relations and communications features.
